Project Management Unit

Our Project Management Unit (PMU) is dedicated to enhancing healthcare outcomes and community interventions across designated wards in Maheshtala, Budge Budge, and Kolkata Municipal areas. Our initiatives include training programs to elevate the skills of service providers and promote health-seeking behaviour among marginalized populations. Through behaviour change communication and community-based operational research, we aim to tackle healthcare challenges at the grassroots level, fostering sustainable improvements in public health.

Key Areas of Focus:

Intervention Areas:

  • 5 wards each from Maheshtala & Budge Budge Municipalities.
  • 3 wards from Kolkata Municipal areas.

Training and Skill Development:

  • Upgrading the skills of healthcare service providers.

Health Promotion:

  • Enhancing health-seeking behaviour among the underserved populations.
