Project Management Unit
Our Project Management Unit (PMU) focuses on improving healthcare outcomes and community interventions. Operating across designated wards in Maheshtala, Budge Budge, and Kolkata Municipal areas, the PMU conducts training programs to upgrade service providers’ skills and promote health-seeking behavior among marginalized populations. Through behavior change communication and community-based operational research, we strive to address healthcare challenges at the grassroots level, fostering sustainable improvements in public health.
Project Management Unit has emerged to improve outcomes, reduce risk and to intervene into the community.
- Intervene into 5 wards each from both Maheshtala & Budge Budge Municipality and also 3 wards from Kolkata Municipality areas.
- Impart training to upgrade skills of service providers.
- Enhance health seeking behavior of the down trodden people..
- Behavior change communication.
- Community based operation research.
